
Berry Apple Cider Punch
Ingredients
- 150g raspberries
- 5 tbsp. water
- 40g sugar
- 1 litre apple cider, chilled
- 500ml ginger ale, chilled
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- ½ lime
- 500ml cranberry juice
- Crushed ice
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries and water and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Let cool to room temperature (or chill in the refrigerator).
Step 2
In a Mason Cash Mixing Bowl size 12, pour the apple cider, ginger ale, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Mix.
Step 3
Serve in cups with crushed ice and top with fresh raspberries and sliced lime.
