Coconut & White Chocolate Nests

Makes 10-12 cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 120g of white chocolate
  • 100g shredded wheat
  • Handful of desiccated Coconut
  • 90-120g mini eggs (for decoration!)

Step 1

Crumble up the shredded wheat to prepare the nest.

Step 2

Bring a pan of water to the boil and place a small glass bowl above it. Break the chocolate into small chunks and stir gently around the glass bowl until smooth and melted.

Step 3

Tip in the desiccated coconut and stir into the melted chocolate, before pouring in the crushed wheat and combining.

Step 4

Divide the chocolate between the cake cases and put a small spoonful inside. Make a small hole and distribute the mix around the sides, leaving room for a topping of your choice! (Mini eggs are a perfect fit!)

Step 5

Put onto a cooling rack and put the cakes into the fridge for 20 minutes to chill and set the chocolate. Then, enjoy!
