No-Cook Pistachio & Apple Muesli Breakfast Bowl

Start your day the right way with this quick, easy and delicious pistachio and apple muesli breakfast bowl.

Ingredients

  • 25ml apple juice
  • 25g jumbo porridge oat
  • Large pinch of cinnamon
  • Large pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ medium apple cored and grated
  • 1 tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 12g chopped pistachio

Step 1

In a Mason Cash Pudding Basin, mix all of the ingredients besides the yoghurt, pistachio & pomegranate seeds. Add 150ml water and leave to soak for 30 minutes. When softened, add the yoghurt & garnish with the pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
