Glaze 1: Whole Egg (beaten)

Colour: Golden

Finish: High Shine

Glaze 2: Egg White

Colour: Colourless (against the pastry)

Finish: Sticky & Shiny (ideal for covering a sweet pie with sugar once cooked)

Glaze 3: Egg Yolk

Colour: Deep Golden Brown

Finish: High Gloss

Glaze 4: Milk

Colour: Even Brown

Finish: Matt Finish
