No-Cook Almond & Raspberry Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients and Method
- 25g Jumbo porridge oats
- 100ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Low-fat natural yoghurt
- 12g Chia seeds
- 75g Punnet of raspberries
- 12g Almond slivered or flaked
- Drizzle of Honey
- Place the oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, yoghurt and chia seeds in a large Mason Cash Mixing Bowl & mix. Leave to soak for 30 minutes & add water if dry.
- Place into your Mason Cash Pudding Basin and serve the raspberries, almonds and honey on top. Enjoy!
