No-Cook Almond & Raspberry Breakfast Bowl

Start your day the right way with this quick, easy and delicious almond & raspberry breakfast bowl.

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 25g Jumbo porridge oats
  • 100ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 12g Chia seeds
  • 75g Punnet of raspberries
  • 12g Almond slivered or flaked
  • Drizzle of Honey

Method

  1. Place the oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, yoghurt and chia seeds in a large Mason Cash Mixing Bowl & mix. Leave to soak for 30 minutes & add water if dry.
  2. Place into your Mason Cash Pudding Basin and serve the raspberries, almonds and honey on top. Enjoy!
