Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 210g Baking margarine/butter
  • 250g White sugar
  • 130g Dark chocolate
  • 18g Cocoa powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100g Plain flour
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 50g Christmas coloured chocolate
  • 100g Chopped milk chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (Fan).
  2. Melt the baking margarine, white sugar, dark chocolate and 18g cocoa powder together in the microwave.
  3. Whisk in the eggs.
  4. Fold in the flour, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp vanilla.
  5. Mix in the rest of the chocolate.
  6. Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square tin.
  7. Bake for 27 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool completely and leave overnight in the fridge (if you can resist!) as this will ensure it goes fudgy.
