
Christmas Brownie

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 210g Baking margarine/butter
- 250g White sugar
- 130g Dark chocolate
- 18g Cocoa powder
- 3 Eggs
- 100g Plain flour
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 50g Christmas coloured chocolate
- 100g Chopped milk chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (Fan).
- Melt the baking margarine, white sugar, dark chocolate and 18g cocoa powder together in the microwave.
- Whisk in the eggs.
- Fold in the flour, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Mix in the rest of the chocolate.
- Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square tin.
- Bake for 27 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely and leave overnight in the fridge (if you can resist!) as this will ensure it goes fudgy.
