Dark Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients and Method
- 75g Mini marshmallows
- 25g Soft butter
- 125g Dark chocolate
- 30ml Hot water
- 130ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Melt the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy-based saucepan over a gentle heat. Remove from the heat once melted and allow to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream and the vanilla extract until thick.
- Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture until combined.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and chill until ready to eat.
