
Chocolate Tiffin


Treat yourself to these decadent chocolate tiffin slices! They're packed with milk and dark chocolate, dried fruit and a crunchy biscuit.

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 100g almonds
- 100g sultanas
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 266g dark chocolate digestive biscuits
- 200g fruit and nut chocolate
- 170g golden syrup
- 130g unsalted butter
Method
- Line a 9x9” square baking tray with parchment paper and leave this to the side.
- Melt the golden syrup and butter together in the microwave on short bursts, making sure you stir it after every 30 seconds.
- Once the mixture is fully melted, add your chopped dark and milk chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted into the mixture.
- Pour in your chopped digestive biscuits, chopped almonds, sultanas and chopped-up fruit and nut chocolate.
- Mix this until it’s all combined and coated well.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and press down firmly.
- Leave the tin in the fridge to set for around 3-4 hours.
