
No-Cook Pistachio & Apple Muesli Breakfast Bowl


Start your day the right way with this quick, easy and delicious pistachio and apple muesli breakfast bowl.
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 25ml Apple juice
- 25g Jumbo porridge oat
- A large pinch of Cinnamon
- A large pinch of Nutmeg
- 1/2 Medium apple cored and grated
- 1 tbsp Low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1 ½ tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 12g Chopped pistachio
Method
- In a Mason Cash Pudding Basin, mix all of the ingredients besides the yoghurt, pistachio & pomegranate seeds. Add 150ml water and leave to soak for 30 minutes. When softened, add the yoghurt & garnish with the pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
