No-Cook Pistachio & Apple Muesli Breakfast Bowl

Start your day the right way with this quick, easy and delicious pistachio and apple muesli breakfast bowl.

Ingredients and Method


  • 25ml Apple juice
  • 25g Jumbo porridge oat
  • A large pinch of Cinnamon
  • A large pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Medium apple cored and grated
  • 1 tbsp Low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 12g Chopped pistachio


  1. In a Mason Cash Pudding Basin, mix all of the ingredients besides the yoghurt, pistachio & pomegranate seeds. Add 150ml water and leave to soak for 30 minutes. When softened, add the yoghurt & garnish with the pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
