    Ingredients and Method


    • 100g Sliced smoked salmon
    • 1 Large handful spinach
    • 1/2 Avocado, chopped
    • A drizzle Olive oil
    • 20g Walnuts
    • Black pepper, to taste
    • Half a lemon


    1. Layer your Mason Cash Pudding Basin firstly with spinach, then avocado and smoked salmon, drizzle with olive oil. Then crumble the walnuts on top, some ground black pepper & a squeeze of lemon for additional tasty flavours.
