Ingredients
- 100g Sliced smoked salmon
- 1 Large handful spinach
- 1/2 Avocado, chopped
- A drizzle Olive oil
- 20g Walnuts
- Black pepper, to taste
- Half a lemon
Method
- Layer your Mason Cash Pudding Basin firstly with spinach, then avocado and smoked salmon, drizzle with olive oil. Then crumble the walnuts on top, some ground black pepper & a squeeze of lemon for additional tasty flavours.
