No-Cook Pear & Blueberry Breakfast Bowl

Start your day the right way with this quick, easy and delicious pear & blueberry breakfast bowl.

Ingredients and Method


  • 1 Pear
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 150g Pot 0% fat bio-yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Skimmed milk, plus a bit extra
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 handfuls Blueberries


  1. Thinly slice or grate the pear into your Mason Cash Pudding Basin & add oats, two-thirds of the yogurt, the majority of the seeds and the milk. Leave to soak for 15 minutes & add water if needs be. Garnish with the remaining ingredients and then you're all set!
