
No-Cook Pear & Blueberry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 Pear
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 150g Pot 0% fat bio-yogurt
- 3 tbsp Skimmed milk, plus a bit extra
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 2 handfuls Blueberries
Method
- Thinly slice or grate the pear into your Mason Cash Pudding Basin & add oats, two-thirds of the yogurt, the majority of the seeds and the milk. Leave to soak for 15 minutes & add water if needs be. Garnish with the remaining ingredients and then you're all set!
