Ingredients and Method

  • 75g unsalted butter, softened
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 397g condensed milk

  • 100g white chocolate, melted

  1. Grease a 16cm square dish and line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, golden syrup and condensed milk together in a pan over medium heat until it starts to boil. Once boiling, leave to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it looks like a nice thick caramel sauce.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and mix in your coco pops until fully coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into your square dish and pat down with a spoon. Then pour over the melted white chocolate and spread out with a spatula.
  5. Leave to cool in the fridge for atleast an hour. Once cool, cut into 16 equal sized squares and serve.
