
White Chocolate Crispy Squares


Crunchy and chewy, these white chocolate crispy bars are the perfect treat for summer. With only 6 ingredients and no baking required, this is a great recipe to make with your little ones.

- 75g unsalted butter, softened
- 150g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 397g condensed milk
- 100g Coco Pops cereal
- 100g white chocolate, melted
Method
- Grease a 16cm square dish and line with parchment paper.
- Mix butter, sugar, golden syrup and condensed milk together in a pan over medium heat until it starts to boil. Once boiling, leave to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it looks like a nice thick caramel sauce.
- Take the pan off the heat and mix in your coco pops until fully coated.
- Pour the mixture into your square dish and pat down with a spoon. Then pour over the melted white chocolate and spread out with a spatula.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for atleast an hour. Once cool, cut into 16 equal sized squares and serve.
