This weekend sees Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot in the most talked about wedding of the year. In celebration of this, we have been testing out our baking skills and have come up with a delicious Strawberry and Elderflower Cake.
We are expecting Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s cake to also incorporate Elderflower and apparently it has been specially designed to “incorporate the bright flavours of spring”. Claire Ptak, the owner of a fashionable east London bakery has been commissioned to design and produce the cake which we expect to be a lavish lemon elderflower wedding cake covered with buttercream and decorated with fresh flowers. We can’t wait to see how it looks!
